Scenic Drives
This is a 2 mile two-way road that spurs off of the Grand Loop Road. On this drive there is a large picnic area amongst the shade trees with views overlooking Yellowstone Lake and the Lake Yellowstone Hotel. You can get to Gull Point by parking in the picnic area and taking the very short walk down to the lake shore where a sandbar extends out onto Yellowstone Lake. This drive may be closed in the spring and early to mid summer because of high water. |
